At Jigsaw, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed support that helps children, young people, adults and families improve their wellbeing, overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
We understand that everyone's journey is different. Whether you're looking for therapeutic support, educational opportunities, youth activities, mentoring or practical guidance, our services are designed to meet you where you are and provide the right support at the right time.
Everything we do is built around trusted relationships, early intervention and a belief that people thrive when they feel safe, understood and empowered.
Mental health affects individuals, families, and communities. We offer personalised counselling for adults and yound people, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and more. All support is delivered by fully qualified, registered, and insured therapists.

Children and young people today face unique pressures, from social media comparison and academic stress to family instability and global uncertainty, often without a consistent adult to turn to for support. This can contribute to rising anxiety, low mood, and other mental health struggles.
Jigsaw's support and counselling offers a judgement-free space where young people are truly listened to, helping them build self-understanding, confidence, and resilience at their own pace.
