Jigsaw is also home to Jigsaw Community College, an accredited training hub offering vocational and employability courses for people looking to build skills, confidence and new opportunities. Our college is designed to be accessible, supportive and rooted in real‑world pathways into work and volunteering.

We offer a growing range of accredited and introductory courses, including:

• Youth Work

• Teaching Assistant (TA) training

• Talking Therapies and Mental Health Support Skills

• Volunteering and Community Leadership

• Social Care and Support Work

• Employability and work‑readiness programmes

The college provides a welcoming, inclusive environment where learners of all ages can grow at their own pace. Many of our students are parents, carers, young adults or people returning to education after a long break. Our aim is to open doors—into employment, further training, volunteering or simply a renewed sense of purpose.

The Community College strengthens our whole‑family approach: while we support children and young people emotionally, we also empower adults to build skills, confidence and long‑term stability.
